BONGEKILE NTULI- ESTATES ADMINISTRATION AND CONVEYANCING CLERK
Bongekile Ntuli joined the firm in 2010 and has been working hand in hand with Mr Maseko in the Estates and Conveyancing department of the firm ever since. In 2013 she obtained certificates in Administration of Estates and Conveyancing.
She is well versed and experienced in, amongst others, all aspects of conveyancing transactions and the entire process of the administration of an estate.
She deals with all spheres of transfers, namely;
• Sectional titles; and
• Deed of Grant transfers.
• All the FICA documents,
• Electrical compliance and entomologist certificates; and
• All supporting documents required to be lodged with the Deeds Office.
She also deals with requests for bond cancellation figures from the banks; prepares consent to bond cancellation documentation; and all relevant correspondence and she also assists in procuring or providing guarantees.
She assists in the preparing and registering of contracts; restrictive conditions or interdicts against title deeds as well as the cancellations of such recordings.
